WHICH PATH WOULD YOU LIKE TO CHOOSE AND WHY?
EMPLOYEE VS ENTREPRENEUR
It's totally depends upon you in which direction you want to go. Both ways or path has merits and demerits also some points that both are somehow related to each other.
So, lets if you like to become an employee then what are its effects towards benefits or harm:-
BENEFITS:-
* You don't have to worry about marketing or HR issues and legal or illegal issues i.e. less stress. And you have to follow only specific instructions.
* You have much time to spend with your families, friends and enjoy with yourself.
* You have to work in your spare time with stable income.
* You can contribute to greater things as part of a group.
HARM:-
* Every time you have to follow your boss order and working like a slave.* You have to do much more work.
* And work under certain rules and regulations.
* You may not earn as much as you deserve.(like you may not buy ROLLS ROYCE)
* It may not be easy for you to implement your own ideas or reach your goals.
* Generally you have to work only in one place.
* Sometime boss frustrated out his personal issues on the employees.
Otherwise if you want to become an entrepreneur then its effects towards :-
BENEFITS:-
* You will have the chance to convert their ideas into a real world product and shall get the opportunity to deal with many problems and also get a chance to know about much more things.
* You become a boss of themselves.* You live your life as you wish, you can't work under any person.
* Your workplace can vary(getting chance to roam the world) and you become a business leader.
* You might get great rewards.
* You be a job creator not a job seekers.
HARM:-
* They have to work hard as late at night.* They have to take the responsibility of getting fail in his plan also you may not able to reach your goals.
* They don't have time to enjoy with yourself and spend time with your families.
* Most of the time you worry about the business fall and grows.
* It may also be more rewarding, but you might also lose your shirt.
Somehow both are related with each other😊 :) -
1) Entrepreneur requires much more skills than any simple employee, and you must have some knowledge about how to meet companies HR and how to express ideas towards him or impress him.
2) To start a company and implementing ideas requires lots of capital(money) and resources its not possible for all except if you are the son of millionaires.
3) Also if you implement your ideas it's necessary to see the public reviews, So you can know its decrease or increase the problems of public in real world.
4) Entrepreneur must have to take the responsibility of everything and do your job at the same time without any rest. Also its want Entrepreneurial mindset means least thinking on the solving problems and do his work without complaining about it.
